During your discovery call, we'll learn more about your goals, what you hope to accomplish, if health and wellness coaching can help and the coaching packages available.

The initial discovery session is 30 minutes. Sessions as part of an ongoing coaching experience can vary by package and are either 30 or 60 minutes.
Once you submit your intake form and schedule your 30-minute discovery call, we'll review your responses to understand your goals, challenges, and what matters most to you. During our discovery session, we'll discuss your needs, answer your questions, discuss packages and pricing and determine if coaching is the right fit. If we decide to move forward together, I'll guide you through a simple onboarding process so we cans start building sustainable habits that support your health, wellbeing, and resilience.
